Beef Onion Cheese Ball

BEEF ONION CHEESE BALL


2 - jars dried beef
2 - 8 oz pkgs of cream cheese, softened
1 bunch green onions chopped finely, tops and bottoms
2 - Tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
1 - Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 - Teaspoon Onion Powder


Put the dried beef thru the food processor to chop pretty fine. SAVE 1/4th for later. In a large bowl combine REMAINING chopped dried beef, cream cheese, green onions, Worchestershire sauce, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well. Shape in ball form and roll in REMAINING dried beef. Chill for at least 3 hours. Serve with crackers. ENJOY!!!
